TIRAMISU TIME
What is Tiramisu time?
Tiramisu Time is a fun, engaging, interactive and experiential cooking class where you will learn to make Tiramisù, the best known Italian dessert in the world!
During our 90-minutes class, you will learn how the simple ingredients and their brilliant combination lead you to realize the Tiramisu dessert and experience how it represents the essence of the Italian food culture and the “dolce vita”.
COOKING THE MENU
The following are formats lasting just an hours or so, for all the clients who have no time enough for the standard formats . The clients can enjoy a funny hours learning how to make some typical Italian dishes.

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES
FOR GROUPS
Team building means' to build up a synergy’ in a group of People engaged in their job, or their sport or other activity.
The best chances to form a group, can be offered by engaging the participants into problem solving activities. In example, indoor or outdoor “games” which involve collaboration among the group members.
Or engaging the group in “orienteering walks”, in some kind of “treasure hunts” or more complicated group games.
With the support of skilled trainers we offer fun and useful team activities for corporate teams or youngsters and school groups.
Just a couple samples of our experiential team building activities :
Mountain bike orienteering:
the group split in teams will receive a map of the area and should collaborate in finding the right route to get to the end terminal. A sort of contest in which, rather than speed, the team collaboration will be essential to avoid mistakes in finding the right path.
Photographic treasure hunt:
A map of the area and goals to look for and to photograph. Equipped with digital cameras, the participants will have to find the targets and document them. A house in ruins, a rare tree, a small church in the country, a peculiar bottle of wine ... or whatever might be added in the list of objectives. On returning we will count the pictures and decide the winner.
